Ladybird Scymnus interruptus
Ladybird Scymnus interruptus

I’ve seen some fairly unusual ladybirds already this year, so I thought I’d go for the record. I don’t think I’ll get it though, seeing as I managed 15 species in 2014, including some I have never seen before or since. Anyway, this tiny one I found in the conservatory is only about 2mm long and is a Scymnus species – Scymnus interruptus I believe from previous sightings.
